You must not use the portal for fraudulent, unlawful, unsafe, prohibited, stolen, or improperly documented cargo, and you must not interfere with, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the portal.

Bakoro may collect, store, and use information submitted through the portal for booking management, delivery tracking, customer support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement in line with applicable law.

Bakoro may revise these terms from time to time, and continued use of the portal after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
